Manual TherapyBy treating both acute and chronic injuries and optimizing the health of tissues, we aid an athlete’s preparation for or recovery from training and competition. In addition to treating specific injuries, we address muscle imbalances, release joint and fascial restrictions, and improve flexibility, with the goal of improving the athlete’s overall performance.
Exercise ProgramsIndividualized, tailored programs that consist of mobility and strengthening exercises. A home exercise program can help improve muscle tone, strength, co-ordination, agility, flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness. Programs are designed to improve function and performance and to meet clients' goals.

Laser TherapyCold Laser Therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), is an effective and non-invasive treatment that uses energy in the form of photons of light that penetrate the skin's surface. By stimulating blood circulation and energy production, laser therapy results in a reduction of pain, swelling, and inflammation.
TapingTaping is a modality used to complement traditional therapies to increase circulation and lymphatic flow, provide support, decrease pain and inflammation, and prevent injury.

ShockwaveShockwave therapy uses a sound wave to carry energy to painful and injured soft tissue—this triggers increased local blood flow and a healing process. It's great for stubborn injuries where tissues don't get much blood flow. Injuries such as ITB syndrome, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, bursitis, and calcific tendinosis are effectively treated with shockwave therapy.
