 Our clinic is made up of several professions, but we work together to ensure than you are getting the most effective care for your individual issues. We all have different specialties and skill sets even within our own professions!

Virginia Johnson, RMT
Virginia provides pregnancy massage and treats various conditions, from postural muscle imbalances to overuse injuries (such as tendonitis), headaches, TMJ (jaw) dysfunction, whiplash injuries, and chronic mental/emotional stress. She loves to incorporate Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, cupping, craniosacral therapy, and reiki energy into her therapeutic treatments.
Inspired by her yoga-teacher training, she offers customized yoga routines as home-care for her clients. She is honoured to hold space for her clients as they embark on their self-healing journeys.

Mariah Seto, RMT
Mariah is from the Fredericton area and graduated with honours from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in July 2022. Her interest in how the body moves and heals led her to massage therapy. With training in Swedish massage and myofascial techniques, she will cater each treatment to her client’s specific needs. She is eager to meet new clients and help them focus on their self-care. Outside of work, you can find Mariah walking the trails and baking her favourite treats.

Viktoria Kramer, RMT
Viktoria graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2018. She realizes through her own personal experiences how much physical well-being impacts all aspects of everyday living. She’d like to be a part of your self-care plan, whether it’s a relaxing treatment, recovery from an injury, or maintenance of a pre-existing condition. Presently she has the following modalities to offer: kinesiotaping, sports massage, myofascial techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, pre-natal, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, scar rehab, TMJ, and gua sha (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).

Wendy Yano, RMT, RAc

Wendy specializes in sports massage and acupuncture. She works with athletes of all kinds, from recreational to competitive. She is committed to helping clients overcome injuries, reduce scar tissue, correct muscle imbalances, and optimize training and performance. She is a competitive fencer, recreational soccer player and cross-country skier, and avid tennis fan.

Dr Jason Bonar, DC (on leave)
Jason is a passionate, evidence-based chiropractor who provides a combination of hands-on chiropractic care, acupuncture, and myofascial release therapies, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques (IASTT). He also uses supervised exercise for a more complete patient-centred rehabilitation. Jason completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the UNB in 2007, and then graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto) in 2011, and has worked there as a clinical educator. He is certified in acupuncture from McMaster University, completed post-graduate courses in the Chiropractic Clinical Sciences, and has additional training in Active Release Therapy, lumbar spinal stenosis, and running biomechanics. He is currently on leave.

We are conveniently located in downtown Fredericton, across from the Old Burial Ground and George Street Middle School. We have free parking behind our building (use the driveway on the left-hand side).
