Wendy Yano, RMT, RAcRegistered AcupuncturistWendy uses a combination of classical and contemporary acupuncture in her practice, focusing her acupuncture work on athletic injuries, headaches, anxiety, and stress. Her acupuncture toolbox includes needling, electroacupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and moxibustion. Outside the clinic, she is a competitive fencer, recreational soccer player and cross-country skier, and avid tennis fan.

Dr. Jason Bonar, DCChiropractorJason is a passionate, evidence-based chiropractor who provides a combination of hands-on chiropractic care, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and myofascial release therapies, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques (IASTT). He also uses tools like cupping and supervised exercise to assist in a more complete patient-centred rehabilitation.
Jason completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2007, and then graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto) in 2011, and has worked there as a clinical educator. He is certified in acupuncture from McMaster University, completed post-graduate courses in the Chiropractic Clinical Sciences, and has additional training in Active Release Therapy, lumbar spinal stenosis, and running biomechanics. |
